GiftCard delivery policy

The GiftCard team will deliver your order to an address of your choice according to our delivery terms. We use the best couriers to ensure your shipment arrives on time. Information about the selected delivery method, price and tracking the shipment can be found in your profile.

Physical cards

Expected delivery date

The delivery time starts from the moment the card is handed over to the courier. Once the GiftCard leaves our office, the delivery time is up to 2 business days.

Deliveries to mailboxes are not performed.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated according to the official courier prices and is included in the total amount of your order.

Distance charge - applies to deliveries to remote and hard-to-reach areas. The distance fee is added to the cost of the courier service for delivery to the relevant area after submitting the address to the courier. 10.00 EUR

Order Acknowledgement Email

Once your order is placed, email notification with order details will be sent to you. Your orders will be approved after completion of the customer identification procedure, which is performed once during the initial registration and/or upon a change in your personal data.


The cards ordered from are placed in the package of your choice and are well protected by a standard delivery envelope.

Delivery return

The GiftCard team chooses which supplier will deliver your order. Some of our deliveries require the signature of the recipient. The courier will make 3 attempts to find the recipient at the address you specified, after which the shipment will be sent back to us. In this case, the customer can choose: to pay for a new delivery or to cancel the order by requesting e-money redemption, according to the applicable General Terms.

Upon delivery return the buyer will be informed via e-mail.

Virtual Cards

Cards will not be issued automatically

You apply for electronic money, therefore, you must verify your identity. Your orders will be approved after completion of the customer identification procedure, which is performed once during the initial registration and/or upon a change in your personal data.

Virtual cards are being delivered by email

With the order you create an account on

Your order will be processed within 24 hours during business days. You will be notified by email in case additional documents are required or when the card has been issued.

In case you place an order during the weekend or a holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

Once you receive an email confirming that your card has been issued, you can send the card to end recipient's email by logging into your account, opening your order and clicking the Send button.

Important! You are able to send the invitation for a virtual card to your own email address, but it cannot be forwarded to another email.

Email notifications

We have added email notifications to help you get through the order process as quickly as possible. The communication with us by email will go through the following steps:

- information about your order details;

- necessary documents for identification and/or update of personal data;

- confirmation of card issuance and card delivery.

Delivery fee

There is no charge for delivery of virtual cards.

Delivery cancellation

Once the card is emailed, you cannot cancel your order or request card reissue, because the virtual card has already been delivered to its final recipient. In your account on you can check the card status and its activation date.
