What should I do if I can’t remember my 3DS password?
If you have forgotten or cannot find your initial 3DS password, you can send an SMS to 170011 with the full 16-digit number of your card from the same phone number you used to activate the card. In response, you'll receive your new static password. You can also contact us by phone at +359 889 1000 90 or by email at support@giftcards.eu, and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I check the PIN of my GiftCard?
If you've forgotten the PIN for your GiftCard, you can check it here or send your 16-digit card number as an SMS to 170011 from the same phone number you used to activate the card, and we'll send you your PIN.
If you have a physical GiftCard and have added it to your iCard Digital Wallet, you can check the card's PIN by tapping on the "PIN" button in the app – we'll send your PIN automatically to the phone number you used to activate the card.
