Yes, you can apply to have your virtual GiftCard reissued as a physical one. You can do this from your profile in giftcards.eu (from the button under the virtual card), in a GiftCard store (available only in Bulgaria) or by sending your application via email to support@giftcards.eu.
You will have to pay a fee for the issuance of the new physical card, and your order total will also include the shipping cost for the card’s delivery by courier. If you apply for the service from the button in your profile on GiftCards.eu, you can pay for your order with a card. Please, note that for this payment method, a commission fee will be applied. If you apply using one of the other methods, the costs will be deducted from the card’s balance.
The physical GiftCard will be funded with the same amount as the one that exists in the virtual card at the time of reissuance, while the virtual GiftCard will be blocked for future transactions.
The reissued card will be valid for the remaining term of the contract that took effect in relation to the initially issued card.
