Before you use your physical GiftCard for the first time, you need to activate it. You can do it online or via SMS by following the instructions provided on the activation page.
A condition for activating GiftCard is that the phone number you use for activation must be from a country in the European Economic Area (EEA).
If you are a client of the iCard digital wallet, you can activate your physical GiftCard directly from the iCard app.
