Upon placing your first order for a virtual card, you'll undergo an identification (overall check). Once we've received your payment and your identification check has been successfully concluded, you will receive a confirmation email, and the card will become visible in your profile on giftcards.eu.
The next step is to send the card to the recipient's email from your profile. You have 3 months at your disposal to do so. After this period expires, if the card hasn't been sent, it will activate automatically, and the 6-month grace period, during which there is no monthly service fee, will begin.
Please note that the approval and production process takes up to 24 hours during business days. For example, if you place an order on a Saturday, your card will be ready to be sent on Monday afternoon at the earliest.
